Flexibility

Since March 2020, when the pandemic changed our world, we introduced a work from home policy for those that have roles that can be done at home. It differs for different roles in the company, but in all cases, flexibility is incorporated.

We also acknowledge the "juggle" and always look for ways to be flexible.

Not only are our End of Year celebrations the date NOBODY wants to miss, we’re also big on celebrating everyone’s birthdays with cake and TFP treats.

EAP

We’re committed to the mental and emotional wellbeing of our people. We offer all of our team members access to a world-class Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). They have access to face-to-face, telephone and online counselling, in a private and confidential manner. Our hope is that seeing a counsellor is no different to going to a GP when you have the flu. Wellness Leave

We joined a handful of forward-thinking companies who are changing the focus from sickness to wellness. At TFP, we aim to create a positive environment for every one of our team members, so that we can do the best work of our lives. Part of this means supporting our mental health as well as our physical, which is why we changed our ‘sick leave’ to ‘wellbeing leave’ – so our people know there is no judgement and a lot of support, no matter what their definition of wellness is.

Marketing Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for our next marketing superstar. This full time role requires you to be a self-starter, happy to roll up your sleeves and do the doing.

Cosmetic Nurse Injector

We are looking for a part time Registered Nurse with experience in appearance medicine and an excellent eye for detail with artistic flair for either part or full time roles. Someone who loves educating people on their choices, and developing a plan of action to maximize their results

Unlike many clinics in the medical/health and beauty space, not a single clinician (that includes our doctors, nurses and medical skin therapists) on our team have revenue targets and NONE of them work on commission. We made this decisions since day dot as it means we don’t compromise on our service or recommend treatments that we don’t genuinely believe our clients could benefit from. We choose to focus on creating exceptional experiences for all our clients so they are with us for a lifetime.

Takapuna Car Park

Toka Puia AT Carpark has just opened at 15 Northcroft Street and we recommend this as the closest option. This is Pay by Plate or by app and $1 per hour.

We also suggest parking on Northcroft Street or Anzac Street using AT Pay & Display.

Anzac Street Carpark offers Pay & Display parking as well as monthly parking leases with casual parking from $1.

First 2 hours – $1 per hour
Hours thereafter – $2 per hour

Monday – Saturday 6pm – 8am No Charge
Sunday and Public Holidays- No Charge
Motorcycle and Mobility parking P180 – No Charge

Britomart Car Park

Currently this car park is offering 2 hours' free parking with a receipt of $50 or more from a Britomart store (such as The Face Place). We also recommend using the valet parking option at Britomart Car Park.

The Central Valet drop-off point is located on the corner of Gore and Tyler Streets, opposite Takutai Square. Drive in via the entrance on Gore Street, where you’ll be greeted by a friendly valet concierge. Just leave your engine running, take your ticket and off you go. Cars dropped here will be valet parked for you at Britomart Car Park. You can retrieve your car at any time by taking your valet ticket to Britomart Car Park Reception on the corner of Britomart Place and Scene Lane.

Valet parking is $20* for two hours (includes parking charges) $5 each additional half-hour to a daily maximum of $45 (to midnight). You just drop off your car and pick up a ticket, without the hassle of finding a parking space. It is available from 10am-8pm.
