Red Light, December 3 – We are now open for all skin and injectable treatments. Dermal filler is booked out for 2021. Click here for the full protocols

Covid-19 Protocols

From December 3, under the Covid-19 Protection Framework - Red, we can offer all skin and injectable treatments.

Best-practice hygiene measures have always been an essential element of our service and many of the new rules are already covered by our existing protocols.

From December 3, you must be fully vaccinated to come into our clinics, with proof of your My Vaccine Pass. You will need to wear a mask to your appointment.

Our team are here to answer any questions or give clarification should you need it.

Covid-19 Vaccination

All staff and clients are required to be fully vaccinated. All clients will be required to complete a Covid-19 Declaration Form and return it the day before your appointment. This form includes the upload of your My Vaccine Pass. This needs to be submitted BEFORE your appointment. Click here for this form.

QR Scanning & Entry

In order to minimise client cross-over, our waiting room is socially distanced.

Please come to your appointment alone; no guests will be permitted in clinic.

Please scan our QR code on entry using your Covid-19 Tracer app before proceeding to reception.

We will provide you with a surgical mask to be worn upon entry and for the entirety of your visit. This is mandatory.

We have hand sanitiser for your use also.

Clinic 'Bubbles' & Contact

We have divided our team into two bubbles – those working at Britomart and those at Takapuna. This is to reduce contact and will ensure that we have a ‘backup clinic’ if either bubble ever comes into contact with Covid-19.

You will receive the appropriate paperwork, including your Covid-19 Declaration Form with your appointment confirmation – please complete your paperwork online prior to your appointment to minimise time spent in clinic. You can also complete your paperwork via our TFP app.

We will be very vigilant with appointment times and will be keeping exposure times to a minimum (so don’t mind us if we’re not as chatty as usual).

We have contactless payment following your appointment.

We will maintain 2 metres of social distance where possible.

Cleaning & Hygiene

We clean and sanitise our clinic rooms between every client’s visit. As a medical clinic, we have always adhered to rigorous hygiene protocols with all equipment.

We will be cleaning high touchpoint areas at least every two hours and we have commercial cleaners that work their magic at the end of every working day.

Because we sometimes use iPads to take details, we are being extra vigilant with sanitising these after each use. We ask you to complete as much paperwork as possible online before your appointment to reduce the need for using iPads.

Air Purification

In both clinics, we have installed an ActivePure air purification system. This technology is proven to reduce 99.9% of the Covid-19 virus in the air and on surfaces within three minutes. It was even used by Kiwi Olympic athletes in Tokyo and is endorsed by a leading NZ microbiologist.

PPE Measures

All staff will be wearing surgical masks at all times. Your clinicians will be wearing protective wear including a surgical mask, gloves and protective eyewear. Our administration and reception teams will be wearing surgical masks and a perspex shield will be in place at both reception desks.

Britomart Car Park

Currently this car park is offering 2 hours' free parking with a receipt of $50 or more from a Britomart store (such as The Face Place). We also recommend using the valet parking option at Britomart Car Park.

The Central Valet drop-off point is located on the corner of Gore and Tyler Streets, opposite Takutai Square. Drive in via the entrance on Gore Street, where you’ll be greeted by a friendly valet concierge. Just leave your engine running, take your ticket and off you go. Cars dropped here will be valet parked for you at Britomart Car Park. You can retrieve your car at any time by taking your valet ticket to Britomart Car Park Reception on the corner of Britomart Place and Scene Lane.

Valet parking is $20* for two hours (includes parking charges) $5 each additional half-hour to a daily maximum of $45 (to midnight). You just drop off your car and pick up a ticket, without the hassle of finding a parking space. It is available from 10am-8pm.
