Our Skin Team Leader, Lauren, is a leader within the industry, having over 28 years of experience, with the last 14 specialising in ‘Dermal therapy’. She began her career in England where she gained a diploma in Health Science/Beauty Therapy. Lauren is responsible for implementing training and protocols with the skin team and she maintains the highest level of education and knowledge through ongoing research, training and attending international conferences.
Lauren’s advanced skin knowledge has helped transform many people’s skin, and ultimately their lives. She is well versed in all advanced skin treatments and is responsible for reducing acne, pigmentation, lines, and wrinkles. She is often called upon to give her expert opinion in magazines and has been the key trainer for our skin team. Lauren has two teenage children and her other interests include surfing, paddle boarding and snowboarding.

The Central Valet drop-off point is located on the corner of Gore and Tyler Streets, opposite Takutai Square. Drive in via the entrance on Gore Street, where you’ll be greeted by a friendly valet concierge. Just leave your engine running, take your ticket and off you go. Cars dropped here will be valet parked for you at Britomart Car Park. You can retrieve your car at any time by taking your valet ticket to Britomart Car Park Reception on the corner of Britomart Place and Scene Lane.
Valet parking is $20* for two hours (includes parking charges) $5 each additional half-hour to a daily maximum of $45 (to midnight). You just drop off your car and pick up a ticket, without the hassle of finding a parking space. It is available from 10am-8pm.
