We show leadership within the industry with our stance on improving regulation of filler and lasers, and we were integral in suggesting the petition to the NZ public, as well as bringing attention to the ‘scam-artists’ offering ‘cheap’ fillers and Botox. We have provided high-rated training for the industry with our Hyalase Workshop and Vampire Academies, as well as trialling VIP transformation days (which ended up transforming themselves into transformation weeks!) We are joining other industry leaders globally in trying to educate people that cosmetic treatments don’t have to - and shouldn’t - look weird.
Unlike many clinics in the medical/health and beauty space, not a single clinician (that includes our doctors, nurses and medical skin therapists) on our team have set targets, and NONE of them work on commission. We made this decisions since day dot as it means we don’t compromise on our service or recommend treatments that we don’t genuinely believe you could benefit from. We don’t over fill people to meet a ‘volume quota’ and we’re also comfortable with saying ‘No”, if we feel a treatment will leave you looking ‘over-done’. We’re here to educate on what is possible and what isn’t. To bring out the best version of you, without changing the essence of you. To say ‘no’ (and explain why) when you don’t need it.
