Vampire Facelift

As we age, our facial volume decreases due to the loss of bone; and soft tissues, such as the fat pads that support the cheeks, lips and brows. We lose the rosy glow of youth as the blood supply to our face diminishes, and our skin starts to lose its colour. Skin texture becomes less smooth and, and the facial shape collapses. The fine skin under the eyes becomes thinner and more ‘crepey’.

The Vampire Facelift® can be effective in treating these common concerns.

FAQ

What's the first step?
As with all of our injectable treatments, an Initial Injectable Consultation is required before proceeding with your first treatment – regardless of if you have had this treatment elsewhere. This ensures you are fully educated and informed before proceeding with treatment. We are a best-practice clinic and consistently deliver optimal results by placing paramount importance on education and informed consent.
What is a Vampire Facelift?
The Vampire Facelift uses a combination of PRP with natural, reversible HA (Hyaluronic Acid) fillers in a specific way to gently and naturally restore youthful volume and shape, without looking overdone. First your clinician uses HA fillers to create a beautiful shape, and replace the lost volume in your face. Your PRP is then injected into your face in a specific way to improve the tone, texture and luminosity of the skin.

Areas that may be treated with the non-surgical Vampire Facelift:

  • loss of volume in cheeks
  • early sagging of the face
  • crepey skin under the eyes
  • poor skin texture
  • dull, grey skin
  • mouth corners
  • lip shape
  • brows
How long do the Vampire Facelift results last?
Results can be experienced on the same day, with continual skin regeneration benefits lasting for months after the procedure, and results can last for over a year.
How long does the Vampire Facelift take?
The consultation takes 60 minutes, whilst the actual treatment, which needs to take place on a separate day, will take 90 minutes.
Does the Vampire Facelift hurt?
The procedure involves a series of injections into areas of the face and our trained clinicians will do their best to minimise any discomfort. Blood is drawn from the arm in the same way as with a standard blood test.

Using a patented technique, the growth factors in platelet-rich plasma (PRP) are extracted from that blood sample and injected into the face.

What are the possible side effects of the Vampire Facelift?
The procedure has been called a “lunchtime lift” because recovery is typically minimal. You can expect some redness and occasionally some bruising.

As we are a best practice clinic, all known potential side effects will be discussed with you prior to proceeding with treatment, and we encourage you to ask any questions.
