How to use:

• Brush and dry your teeth.
• Apply the longer strip to your upper teeth and the shorter strip to your lower teeth.
• Wear for 40 minutes (or 25 minutes with the Platinum Kit LED light).
• Remove, rinse, and avoid food and drink for 30 minutes.
