Suncare Promotion — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to The Face Place suncare promotion running 1 October to 30 November 2026.

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Face Place 2025 Limited, L1, 10 Northcroft Street, Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand (“The Face Place”, “we”, “us”).

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 9:00am on Wednesday 1 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm on Sunday 30 November 2026, New Zealand time. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of The Face Place and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to enter

Spend $155 or more (including GST) on suncare products in a single transaction, either in clinic at Quay Street or Takapuna, or online at thefaceplace.co.nz, during the promotion period. Each qualifying transaction earns one entry into the draw. There is no limit on the number of entries one person may earn, provided each entry relates to a separate qualifying transaction.

5. What counts as suncare

Only products in the Suncare collection count towards the $155. The collection is the definitive list and may be viewed at any time during the promotion period. Other products may be purchased in the same transaction but do not count towards the $155 threshold.

6. No purchase alternative

No entry is available without a qualifying purchase.

7. The prize

There are two prizes. Each prize is one Hommey summer pack comprising a beach towel and carry bag, a beach pillow, a beach bag and a cap, with a total value of NZ$289. Total prize pool value is NZ$578.

8. The draw

There are two separate draws, one for each clinic. Entries from qualifying purchases made at Quay Street go into the Quay Street draw. Entries from qualifying purchases made at Takapuna, together with all entries from orders placed online at thefaceplace.co.nz, go into the Takapuna draw, as online orders are fulfilled from Takapuna. A customer who makes qualifying purchases at both clinics will have an entry in each draw.

One entry will be drawn at random from each draw on Monday 1 December 2026 at TFP Takapuna by a team member. One Hommey summer pack is awarded per draw.

9. Notifying the winners

Winners will be contacted within five working days of the draw using the contact details held for the qualifying transaction. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim their prize, within 20 working days of the draw, we reserve the right to redraw.

10. Collecting the prize

Prizes must be collected in person from either the Quay Street or Takapuna clinic, or delivered within New Zealand at our discretion.

11. Prizes are as stated

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. If a prize or any part of it becomes unavailable, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

12. Returns and cancelled transactions

If a qualifying transaction is refunded, cancelled or returned in whole or in part so that it no longer meets the $155 threshold, the entry associated with it becomes void. If this comes to light after a prize has been awarded, we may require the prize to be returned.

13. Your information

Entry details are collected and held by The Face Place in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy. We will use your details to run the promotion and contact you if you win. Winners agree that we may publish their first name and clinic or region for the purpose of announcing the result.

14. General

By entering, you accept these terms. We may amend these terms or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, including for reasons outside our control. Our decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
